Poli Grappa Ruta is a traditional, aromatic grappa infused with herbs, which impresses with its characteristic freshness and intense herbal aroma. With an alcohol content of 40% vol. and produced to the high quality standards of the Poli Distillery in Schiavon near Bassano del Grappa, this grappa embodies the authentic Italian art of distillation in its purest form.


The raw material used is rue (Ruta graveolens), an aromatic plant that has been prized for centuries in Mediterranean herbal tradition for its fresh, slightly tart and balsamic notes. Artisanal distillation in small copper stills, combined with the natural infusion of rue branches in the grappa, results in a uniquely fragrant and characterful herbal grappa.


Poli Grappa Ruta entices with an intense, fresh-green bouquet and a delicately tart spiciness that invigorates the palate. Its aroma is reminiscent of a fresh bunch of herbs being rubbed between the hands – an aromatic explosion of Mediterranean freshness, herbal spice and a hint of bitterness.
