This exquisite raw material forms the basis for a grappa of exceptional quality and depth. Distillation takes place using a steam-fed process in small batches to fully preserve the grapes’ aromas. The spirit is then patiently aged in the underground cellars of the Poli distillery, where it develops its harmonious structure, warmth and complexity.
