The Masi Campofiorin Rosso Verona IGT 2021 is a world-renowned Italian red wine from Veneto, which has enjoyed cult status as a ‘Supervenetian’ since it was first bottled in 1964. It is produced from a blend of the classic grape varieties Corvina, Rondinella and Molinara, which thrive on mineral-rich soils in the hills surrounding Verona. A particular feature is the ‘Doppio Fermentazione’ process developed by Masi: after the first fermentation, a portion of dried grapes is added to the young wine, lending it additional depth, body and complexity – similar to the method used for Amarone, yet fresher and more elegant.
With an alcohol content of 13% vol., Campofiorin combines power with elegance and is a prime example of Masi’s innovative spirit, which masterfully blends tradition and modernity. Thanks to its distinctive style and excellent value for money, it has become a flagship of Venetian wine culture and is now appreciated in over 50 countries.
