The 19 Crimes Sparkling White is made from selected white grape varieties such as Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, which retain their fine fruit and fresh acidity in Australia's warm climate. The base wine is gently vinified and then carbonated to create a lively perlage. With an alcohol content of 10.5% by volume, it is lighter than many other sparkling wines and impresses with its refreshing, uncomplicated style.
