The Collazzi Libertà Toscana IGT 2023 is a distinctive Italian red wine from Tuscany that offers a modern interpretation of the elegance and finesse of this renowned wine-growing region. It is produced at the historic Tenuta di Collazzi estate near Impruneta, close to Florence – owned by the Marchi family, who are synonymous with the highest quality and authentic wine culture. The name ‘Libertà’ symbolises the cuvée’s freedom to bring together the best of different grape varieties, thereby creating a wine that is both typically Tuscan and internationally inspired.


The cuvée is composed of Merlot, Syrah and Sangiovese. The grapes come from the sun-drenched hills of the Collazzi vineyards, where calcareous clay soils and a Mediterranean climate provide optimal ripening conditions. Following a gentle hand-harvest, temperature-controlled fermentation takes place, followed by ageing in French barriques, which lend the wine structure, depth and elegance. With an alcohol content of 13.5% vol., the Collazzi Libertà 2023 is a wine of remarkable balance between fruit, spice and a gentle tannin structure – a true expression of modern Tuscan winemaking.
