The botanicals include juniper, coriander seeds, angelica root, ginger, cinnamon, cardamom, citrus fruits, apple and the flower Clitoria ternatea, also known as the ‘blue pea flower’. The latter gives the gin its characteristic, natural blue colour – a botanical highlight which, when combined with tonic water or acidic ingredients (such as lime or lemon), changes colour and turns into a soft pinkish-purple.
