Der Eichenwald DIE ZEITREISE Cuvée 2021 is a fascinating red wine from Burgenland that brings together the past and the present in a single glass. This exquisite blend of Blaufränkisch, Zweigelt and Cabernet Sauvignon brings together the best of three worlds: Austrian fruitiness, classic structure and international elegance. The region’s warm, Pannonian climate provides optimal ripening conditions, whilst the mineral-rich soils lend the grapes depth and character. With the 2021 vintage, the Eichenwald Winery has once again created a wine that perfectly blends tradition and modernity – intense, delicately spicy and with impressive length.


Ageing takes place partly in large wooden casks and partly in used barriques, giving the wine complexity and gentle maturity without the fruit being overshadowed. This careful vinification preserves the cuvée’s individuality and allows the individual grape varieties to blend harmoniously. The result is a wine with a clear structure, a supple texture and an elegant, multi-layered interplay of aromas. In the magnum bottle (1.5 l), DIE ZEITREISE is a true collector’s item – ideal for special moments and festive occasions. With an alcohol content of 14% vol., this red wine embodies power, finesse and a long-lasting taste experience.
