Description
The Adam-Lieleg Pinot Blanc Ried Gottscheber Südsteiermark DAC 2023 13.5% vol. 1.5 litre is a characterful vineyard wine from the Südsteiermark DAC that impressively reflects the terroir of the renowned Ried Gottscheber. Produced by the Adam-Lieleg winery, the grapes come from a south-east facing vineyard at around 530 to 560 metres above sea level. The Illyrian climate with a strong influence from the Koralpe ensures marked temperature differences between day and night and allows for a particularly precise development of flavours. The vines grow on gravel soils of the Kreuzberg series with a high proportion of calcareous conglomerates, which gives the Pinot Blanc Südsteiermark DAC a distinct mineral structure and elegance.
With 13.5% alcohol by volume, this Austrian quality white wine displays a powerful yet precise style. The magnum bottle (1.5 litres) offers ideal conditions for harmonious development in the cellar and also makes this Styrian Pinot Blanc a special wine for social occasions or sophisticated moments of enjoyment. Served at around 13°C, this Rieden Pinot Blanc unfolds its multi-layered flavour particularly impressively and combines Burgundian elegance with the typical freshness of southern Styria.
