The Old Man Rum Project Three Dark Expression 40% ABV 0.7 l is a premium rum-based spirit, produced from a carefully crafted blend of fine distillates from South America and the Caribbean. This spirit creation comes from Oldman Spirits, an independent German bottler renowned for its artfully balanced blends with exceptional aromas. The Project Three Dark Expression is an expression of craftsmanship, maturity and depth of flavour – a delight for lovers of characterful rum compositions.


It is a robust blend in which the Colombian component, in particular, provides the highlight of the flavour profile. It lends the spirit its smooth texture and harmonious spiciness. The rums used are at least 8 years old, with an average age of just over 10 years. Maturation in selected oak casks creates a complex, dark aroma, which is refined by the addition of natural flavourings and colourings to emphasise the profile of a mature rum.
