This finely sparkling, elegant dry sparkling wine has stood for the highest quality, balance and timeless flavour for decades. It is produced from a carefully blended cuvée of exquisite white wines that combine freshness, fruit and finesse in perfect harmony.
The second fermentation takes place using the Charmat method, a traditional process in which the base wine is fermented in a pressure tank. This ensures that the natural fruit aromas are optimally preserved, whilst the characteristic fine perlage develops. The sparkling wine is then aged on the lees for several months to develop its creamy texture and elegant structure. In this practical 3 x 0.2-litre bottle set, Henkell Dry offers pure sparkling wine enjoyment in a handy format – ideal for toasting in small groups or as a sophisticated gift.
