This fine-sparkling, elegant dry sparkling wine has stood for the highest quality, balance and timeless flavour for decades. It is made from a carefully balanced cuvée of select white wines that combine freshness, fruit and finesse in perfect harmony.
The second fermentation is carried out using the Méthode Charmat, a traditional method in which the base wine is fermented in pressurised tanks. This ensures that the natural fruit flavours are optimally preserved while the characteristic fine perlage is formed. The sparkling wine then matures on the lees for several months to develop its creamy texture and elegant structure. In the practical 3 x 0.2-litre bottle edition, Henkell Trocken offers pure sparkling wine enjoyment in a handy format - ideal for toasting in small groups or as an elegant gift.
