The Isle of Skye 8 Years Old Blended Scotch Whisky, 40% ABV, 1 litre, is a traditional yet distinctive blended Scotch whisky that brings together the diverse flavours of Scotland. It was created by the independent bottler Ian Macleod Distillers, a family-run business with decades of experience and a strong reputation in the world of Scotch whisky.


This blend is based on carefully selected peated whiskies from the Scottish islands, combined with more delicate malts from Speyside and the Highlands. This skilful composition results in a whisky that harmoniously blends the maritime smokiness of the islands with the sweet elegance and floral finesse of the mainland. After distillation, the Isle of Skye 8 Years Old is matured in a balanced combination of ex-bourbon and sherry casks, which gives it its pleasant depth and complex array of aromas.


With an alcohol content of 40% ABV, this whisky is balanced, smooth and yet distinctive. Its slightly peaty note gives it character, whilst the sweet and spicy Elements ensure a harmonious balance – a true example of Scottish craftsmanship and tradition.
