With Solenara Premium Dried Fruits, we present a professional range of hand-cut, gently dried citrus fruits such as lime, orange, lemon, grapefruit and pineapple, specially developed for use in cocktails, long drinks and aperitifs.
The dried lime slices consist of 100 % real fruit, with absolutely no additives or preservatives. Thanks to the particularly gentle drying process, the colour, texture and characteristic lime flavour are fully preserved. After just five minutes in a drink, the slices look as if they have just been cut – with a glossy surface, intense colour and full fruity character.
