The Torres Celeste Crianza Pago del Cielo 2022, 14% ABV, is a characterful, complex Tempranillo from the D.O. Ribera del Duero, which perfectly reflects the high altitude and unique climate of northern Spain in its structure and aroma. Produced by the renowned family-run Miguel Torres winery, this wine combines artisanal precision, terroir-driven elegance and the characteristic expressiveness of the Tinto Fino grape variety – the local variant of Tempranillo.

The grapes come from high-altitude vineyards at around 900 metres above sea level, where the significant temperature variations between day and night ensure intense flavour development and excellent freshness. The vines are rooted in limestone and clay-rich soils, which lend the wine its dense structure and mineral depth. Following a selective hand-harvest, the Celeste Crianza is fermented using traditional methods and then aged for 12 months in French and American oak before being further refined in the bottle. The result is a modern, elegant Crianza that perfectly combines power, balance and finesse.
