Clément Rhum Vieux Agricole Colonne Créole 40.7% vol. 0.7 l + GB comes from the historic Habitation Clément in Martinique and is produced in accordance with the strictly controlled specifications of the AOC Martinique. It is made exclusively from freshly pressed sugarcane juice, which is distilled in the traditional Colonne Créole – a Creole column still that produces a particularly clear, aromatically defined Rhum Agricole. The rum is then aged for several years in carefully selected oak casks, allowing a multi-layered structure of oak, spice and natural sugarcane freshness to develop.
