Gancia Asti DOCG 7.5% ABV is a classic, delicately sparkling Italian sparkling wine from the heart of Piedmont, synonymous with pure joie de vivre, freshness and aromatic elegance. This fine Asti is produced by the long-established Gancia house, which has been one of the pioneers of sparkling wine production in Italy since 1850 and is regarded as the founder of the Asti tradition. The wine is produced exclusively from 100 per cent Moscato Bianco, the queen of aromatic grape varieties, whose delicate nutmeg note lends this Asti its unmistakable character.

The grapes come from the sun-drenched hills around Canelli, where calcareous and sandy soils create ideal conditions for aromatic, juicy wines. Following a gentle hand-harvest, fermentation takes place using the Charmat method in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature to preserve the fresh primary aromas of the Moscato grape. The result is a delicately sparkling, fruit-forward Asti with a seductive bouquet, pleasant sweetness and refreshing lightness – an authentic expression of Piedmontese craftsmanship.
