The Hammeken Cellars El Gringo Dark Red Tempranillo 2024, with an alcohol content of 14% vol. in a 0.75-litre bottle, is a powerful, modern red wine from Spain, made exclusively from 100% Tempranillo. The grapes are harvested at optimum ripeness, resulting in an intense, deep-coloured and, at the same time, expressive wine. The wine is aged for four months in French and American oak barrels that were filled one to two years previously. This gives the wine structure, spice and aromatic complexity without overshadowing its fruit-driven style.


The 2024 vintage boasts impressive depth of colour, pronounced fruit and a modern, full-bodied texture. The combination of dark berry fruit, subtle toasty notes and creamy oak accents lends El Gringo Dark Red an opulent, harmonious yet distinct style.
