Clément Rhum L'Initial Agricole Blanc, at 70.8% vol. in a 0.7-litre bottle, is an uncompromising Rhum Agricole from Martinique that showcases the authentic flavour of fresh sugarcane juice. This high-proof rum is produced by Rhum Clément, one of the island’s most renowned distilleries, which stands for precision, authenticity and artisanal excellence. As a Blanc Agricole, it is distilled directly from fresh sugarcane juice rather than from molasses, which defines its clear, botanical character and pronounced aromatics.

L’Initial is designed as a powerful benchmark and is bottled at a high alcohol content to preserve its structure, intensity and depth in their purest form. The style is deliberately kept purist, without the influence of ageing, so that the terroir, raw material and distillation take centre stage. This bottling is aimed at experienced connoisseurs and professional bars who appreciate a highly concentrated Agricole for precise applications or for pure, unadulterated enjoyment. It is bottled without chill filtration and without colouring, which further emphasises its authenticity.
