The Nardini Grappa Riserva 15 Anni is regarded as the flagship product of the long-established Nardini house in Bassano del Grappa, Italy’s oldest grappa distillery. This exceptional Riserva epitomises centuries-old distilling craftsmanship, uncompromising selection of raw materials and exceptional ageing. Only pomace from Veneto and Friuli is used for this bottling; it is fermented immediately upon arrival at the distillery to preserve its freshness and aromatic precision.


Distillation takes place using a particularly gentle double process involving steam and a vacuum, a method that allows the delicate aromas to be optimally preserved whilst avoiding any unwanted harshness. The grappa is then aged for 15 years in large Slavonian oak casks, a type of wood renowned for its subtle, structure-enhancing effect. During this long ageing phase, an exceptionally harmonious and profound character develops, combining power, elegance and finesse. Bottled at 45% ABV, this Riserva is well-balanced, complex and impressively long on the palate.
