The Maschio Beniamino Brentè Cuvée 9 Anni Gran Riserva Grappa is an outstanding example of Italian distilling craftsmanship and is regarded as one of the flagship products of the long-established Beniamino Maschio distillery in Veneto. Only carefully selected Pinot and Prosecco pomace from the hills around Conegliano is used for this Grappa Gran Riserva; this region boasts a long tradition of grappa production and ideal climatic conditions.


The grappa is produced using the classic method in a batch still via the water-bath steam distillation process. This particularly gentle distillation preserves the variety-specific aromas of the pomace with great precision. The grappa is then aged for over nine years in small wooden casks. During this long period of cask ageing, the grappa develops its remarkable depth, a distinct layering of aromas and an exceptionally smooth, balanced structure. At 42%, the grappa is powerful, yet elegant and harmonious.
