The Tschermonegg Welschriesling Südsteiermark DAC 2025 is a classic, straightforward Welschriesling from Southern Styria that clearly emphasises freshness, terroir and varietal character. The South Styria region is renowned for its cool nights and the precise acidity profile of its wines, which is particularly evident in this vintage. Vinified from Welschriesling and matured in stainless steel tanks, the style remains deliberately lean, crisp and lively. With an alcohol content of 11.5%, this South Styria DAC is light-footed and well-balanced, making it ideal for casual enjoyment as well as a versatile accompaniment to food.
Ageing in stainless steel preserves the wine’s freshness, fruit and clarity, whilst emphasising its Purist character. The recommended serving temperature of 6 °C particularly highlights its invigorating acidity and clean structure.
