The Cune Rioja Reserva 2020 embodies the classic Rioja style, characterised by depth, elegance and consistent quality. It comes from the long-established Cune estate in the Rioja Alta and epitomises the fusion of modern precision and historic winemaking tradition. The Reserva is vinified predominantly from Tempranillo and rounded off with small proportions of complementary grape varieties to balance structure, freshness and complexity. With an alcohol content of 14 per cent, the 2020 vintage is powerful, well-balanced and clearly defined. Careful hand-harvesting and selective processing form the basis for a long-lived Rioja with character.

Ageing takes place in the traditional manner over several months in oak barrels, followed by bottle ageing, allowing harmony, spice and elegance to develop without overshadowing the fruit.
