Beylerbeyi Mavi 45% ABV 0.35 l is a premium raki from Turkey, produced using traditional methods from carefully selected Aegean grapes and aromatic aniseed. This distinctive Turkish aniseed spirit is derived from a fine grape brandy and embodies the classic production of an authentic Yeni Rakı style, where the quality of the raw materials and artisanal distillation take centre stage. The grapes used come from selected growing regions in the Aegean, where they provide optimal conditions for the production of high-quality grape distillates.


For Beylerbeyi Mavi Raki, the grape brandy is infused with selected aniseed and then triple-distilled, resulting in a particularly clear and aromatically balanced premium raki. This meticulous production process ensures a mild character and a full-bodied aroma. The raki is produced without added sugar, which allows the natural flavour of the grapes and aniseed to come through particularly well. With an alcohol content of 45 per cent, this Turkish raki is both robust and harmonious.


Traditionally, raki is served well chilled and is usually diluted with cold, still water in a 1:1 ratio. The addition of water creates the typical milky cloudiness, which is considered a hallmark of high-quality aniseed spirits. Depending on personal preference, Beylerbeyi Mavi Raki can also be served with ice or enjoyed neat, allowing its aromatic depth to unfold particularly well.
