Beylerbeyi Teragold Raki is triple-distilled using the traditional method, combining high-quality grape suma with carefully selected aniseed. The raki is then matured under the supervision of the master distiller, first in earthenware jars and subsequently in oak casks. This unique maturation process in earthenware vessels and wooden casks gives the premium raki its characteristic golden colour and a particularly well-balanced aroma.
