It is produced by infusing selected roots in alcohol and Vecchia Grappa di Prosecco, resulting in a full-bodied, spicy yet balanced bitter. At the heart of the flavour profile lies ginger, with its sharp, lively spiciness, alongside rhubarb, which provides a deep, lingering bitter note. This foundation is complemented by subtle hints of cinchona bark and bitter orange, which add structure, freshness and further complexity. At 28% ABV, Inverum Amaro is intense, warm and long-lasting.
