Description
Andrea Da Ponte INVERUM Amaro Di Radici 28% ABV 0.7 l is a complex Italian root-based bitter that reflects the powerful side of nature in concentrated form. The name Inverum is derived from the Latin terms ‘invernum’, meaning winter, and ‘verum’, meaning true, and refers to the primal power of the roots as well as the energy of the earth during the cold season. This distinctive Amaro Di Radici is produced by the long-established Andrea Da Ponte in the Veneto region, where craftsmanship, heritage and sustainable practices are closely intertwined.
It is produced by infusing selected roots in alcohol and Vecchia Grappa di Prosecco, resulting in a full-bodied, spicy yet balanced bitter. At the heart of the flavour profile lies ginger, with its sharp, lively spiciness, alongside rhubarb, which provides a deep, lingering bitter note. This foundation is complemented by subtle hints of cinchona bark and bitter orange, which add structure, freshness and further complexity. At 28% ABV, Inverum Amaro is intense, warm and long-lasting. This commitment to sustainability is consistently reflected in the bottle, made from 100% recycled Wild Glass, a natural cork stopper infused with activated charcoal, and fully recycled labels and packaging.
