Havana Club Smoky Cuban Dark Rum is a distinctive special edition from the long-established Havana Club, combining the art of Cuban rum-making with a deliberately smoky note. Produced using classic Cuban rum distillates made from sugar cane molasses, this release combines traditional ageing expertise with a modern cask concept. The rum is matured predominantly in oak casks, with part of the ageing taking place in ex-Islay whisky casks. This choice of casks lends the rum a subtle smokiness that blends harmoniously into the overall profile without overshadowing the typical Cuban style.


Bottled at 40% and presented in a generous 1-litre bottle, this dark Cuban rum is well-balanced, structured and clearly defined.
