The 1423 S.B.S BARBADOS Bourbon and Port Cask 2013 55% vol. 0.7 l + GB is a distinctive single barrel selection rum bottling from the renowned independent bottler 1423 World Class Spirits in Denmark. This single-barrel bottling originates from Barbados and was distilled in 2013, before being matured initially in ex-bourbon casks and then given a refining finish in selected port casks. The combination of classic bourbon cask ageing and fruit-forward port maturation gives this Barbados rum a multi-layered flavour profile with a distinct structure. Bottled at a robust 55 per cent ABV, naturally without chill filtration or colouring, this cask-strength rum is authentic, intense and unadulterated.

The S.B.S Barbados Bourbon and Port Cask 2013 impresses with its balance of fruity sweetness, spicy depth and elegant cask character. The careful selection of the single cask and the controlled bottling process underline the sophisticated character of this limited-release rum edition, which is aimed particularly at connoisseurs of complex, cask-influenced bottlings.
