This Talisker Single Malt Whisky was initially matured in refilled American oak hogsheads before being transferred to new American oak casks that had been toasted using the heat of volcanic rock from the Isle of Skye. This extraordinary cask treatment leaves a lasting mark on the Talisker Magma whisky and creates a remarkably balanced interplay of smoke, salty notes and spicy intensity. The inspiration drawn from the meeting of lava and the sea is also reflected in the design, with each bottle crafted from recycled glass and featuring unique textures.
