The Hillinger Small Hill White 2025, 12.0% ABV, 0.25 l, is a modern, fresh cuvée from Austria that impresses with its lightness, fruitiness and unpretentious drinking pleasure. This Austrian white wine cuvée blends 70 per cent Welschriesling, 20 per cent Sauvignon Blanc and 10 per cent Gelber Muskateller, bringing a harmonious interplay of freshness, aroma and elegance to the glass.
The grapes for this Hillinger white wine are carefully processed and fermented in stainless-steel tanks, followed by approximately two months’ ageing on the fine lees, which gives the wine additional structure and finesse. Visually, this light white wine presents a medium straw-yellow colour with distinct green highlights, which emphasise its youthfulness. The compact 0.25-litre bottle makes it particularly practical for spontaneous enjoyment or when out and about. With an ageing potential of 2 to 3 years, the Small Hill White 2025 offers fresh drinking pleasure and uncomplicated wine enjoyment.
