The Porto Cruz White 19% Vol. 0.75 litre is an elegant white port wine from Portugal that impresses with its fruity aroma and versatility. Produced by the traditional port wine house Cruz, this white port comes from the famous Douro Valley, one of the most renowned wine regions for port wines in the world. It is made from selected white grape varieties from the Douro Valley, which give the wine its fresh structure and aromatic complexity.
Vinification is carried out using a special process in which the grapes undergo a short maceration period in tanks in order to gain additional flavour and structure. The wine is then fortified with wine distillate and matured in a controlled manner, giving Porto Cruz White its typical balance of fruit, sweetness and fine flavour. This white port wine presents itself as a versatile pleasure - both pure and as a base for modern port cocktails.
