The Hödl Hof HIRSCHBIRNE Premium Brandy 2025, 40% vol., 0.5 l, is a distinctive Styrian premium brandy produced from the rare East Styrian ‘Hirschbirne’ pear. This traditional cider pear variety is deeply rooted in the culture and landscape of Eastern Styria and is considered a true regional rarity. The old pear trees have shaped the region’s landscape for generations, whilst their fruit is rarely eaten fresh due to its intense flavour. However, when distilled into a Hirschbirne fine brandy, they reveal their unique aroma and demonstrate their exceptional quality. Only East Styrian autumn pears from our own orchards are used for this Hödl Hof fine brandy, and they are processed using traditional methods. The result is a 100% Hirschbirne distillate, free from artificial additives, which preserves the authentic character of this special fruit.
