The K+K Kirnbauer KONQUEST 2022 14% Vol. 3 l is a powerful Cabernet Franc from Central Burgenland that stands for intensity, depth and modern Austrian red wine culture. Produced by the renowned K+K Kirnbauer winery, this Austrian red wine embodies the idea of "conquering the senses and enjoyment". As a single-varietal Cabernet Franc, KONQUEST impressively demonstrates the potential of this grape variety on the characteristic red clay soils of Burgenland.


Vinification is carried out with the utmost precision: after gentle destemming, the grapes are carefully selected to ensure that only perfectly ripe grapes are used. The controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks takes place with 21 days of maceration, which results in an intensive extraction of colour, structure and aromas. This is followed by malolactic fermentation in barriques. The wine then matures for 24 months in new American oak barrels, developing depth, structure and a fine roasted flavour. Bottled in June 2025, this Cabernet Franc large 3-litre bottle is powerful, complex and has ageing potential until 2036.
