The Weinhof Szemes ZERO GRAVITY 12% vol. 0.75 l is an exceptional and modern natural wine from Southern Burgenland, which impressively reflects the Weinhof Szemes style. The wine comes from the Saybritz vineyard on the Eisenberg, a region renowned for its mineral-rich schist soils and wines with distinctive character. This special Austrian wine is vinified as a Blaufränkisch on a Welschriesling must, thus combining red and white grape varieties in an innovative way.


Fermentation takes place in 500-litre wooden barrels, which lends the wine additional structure and depth. The wine is then aged on the lees for around 6 to 8 months before being bottled whilst still fresh and fruity. The soils, composed of slate, loam and rocky brown earth, lend this natural wine from Austria a precise minerality and elegant tension. With an alcohol content of 12% by volume, ZERO GRAVITY is light, juicy and particularly approachable. Its fresh style makes it a versatile wine for different seasons and occasions.
