Produced by the long-established Villa Sandi winery, this high-quality Valdobbiadene DOCG Prosecco comes from the sunniest sites in the famous Prosecco region. The Glera grape variety lends this Italian sparkling wine its elegant freshness, delicate fruitiness and characteristic lightness. The calcareous moraine soils, with their clay and calcareous clay components, also contribute to its minerality and precise structure.


The vineyards are cultivated using the double-arch system with around 2,500 vines per hectare, whilst the yield is deliberately limited to a maximum of 120 double-zentner of grapes per hectare to ensure the highest quality. Following the gentle pressing of whole bunches, temperature-controlled fermentation takes place at 15–16 °C. The Extra Brut Prosecco then matures on the fine lees for around 120 days, resulting in its fine perlage and elegant creaminess. With an alcohol content of 11.5% vol., the Villa Sandi La Rivetta 120 Valdobbiadene DOCG is particularly fresh, precise and dry.
