Admiral’s Royal Oak rum was distilled in an impressive 45-stage Coffey column still, which has been in operation since 1985. The distillates are specifically drawn from the lower still heads to achieve a particularly balanced and intense flavour profile. This fine Saint Lucia rum is then aged for a period of 6 to 12 years in carefully selected American white oak bourbon casks. This long tropical cask ageing lends the rum its exceptional complexity, its delicate spiciness and its harmonious structure. With an alcohol content of 40 per cent, this matured premium rum is smooth, full-bodied and elegantly balanced.
