Description
The Louis Jadot Beaujolais-Villages AOC 2025 12.5% in a 0.75 l bottle is an elegant and fruit-forward red wine from Burgundy, which impressively expresses the characteristic lightness and freshness of the renowned Beaujolais region. Produced by the long-established Louis Jadot winery, this high-quality Beaujolais-Villages AOC is made from the Gamay grape variety, which is considered the heart of the region. The vineyards benefit from the unique geological conditions of southern Burgundy, lending this French red wine its delicate fruitiness and lively structure.
The Beaujolais Villages Combe aux Jacques 2025 is made from carefully selected Gamay grapes, which are harvested by hand. After the harvest, the grapes are quickly transported to the winery, where they are sorted and gently processed. Temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks preserves the freshness and aromatics of the grape variety, whilst subsequent ageing on the fine lees lends additional harmony and structure. With an alcohol content of 12.5 % vol., this Beaujolais from France is dry, juicy and particularly lively. The lively fruit acidity ensures freshness and elegance, whilst the fine structure and well-balanced profile make this Burgundy red wine a versatile accompaniment to food.
