Description
Description
The Gérard Bertrand Côte des Roses Rosé 2025, 13% vol., in a 0.75 l bottle, is an elegant and expressive rosé wine from the Languedoc-Roussillon region, which impressively embodies the Mediterranean way of life of southern France. Produced by the renowned Gérard Bertrand, this high-quality rosé cuvée is made from the Cinsault, Grenache and Syrah grape varieties. The vineyards are situated on limestone and slate-rich soils near a river, whose stabilising influence ensures the grapes ripen slowly and evenly. As a result, the berries develop particularly refined aromas and complexity.
The grapes are harvested exclusively by hand and gently processed immediately after harvesting. Following temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks, the wine matures on its fine lees for several months, resulting in additional harmony and elegance. With an alcohol content of 13% vol., the Côte des Roses Rosé 2025 is dry, well-balanced and remarkably fresh. The famous bottle with its rose-shaped base, designed by a young designer from the École Boulle in Paris, makes this premium rosé from France a visual highlight as well. The combination of Mediterranean fruit, delicate minerality and lively freshness makes this French rosé wine an ideal companion for sunny moments of enjoyment.
