The Astoria Velére Prosecco Rosé Millesimato DOC 2025, 11% ABV, in a 0.75-litre bottle, is a modern and elegant Prosecco Rosé from Veneto that combines the traditional art of Prosecco-making with contemporary enjoyment. The grapes come from the Treviso area in Veneto, the historic heartland of Prosecco production. The two grape varieties are initially vinified separately to best preserve their individual characteristics. They are only blended into the final cuvée just before the second fermentation. The subsequent second fermentation takes place using the traditional Charmat method in an autoclave and lasts for at least 60 days on the lees. This allows the Astoria Velére Prosecco Rosé DOC 2025 to develop its fine perlage, elegant structure and harmonious aromas. With an alcohol content of 11% vol., this Italian rosé sparkling wine is fresh, well-balanced and particularly versatile.
