Sacchetto Fili Prosecco Rosé Brut Millesimato DOC 2024 11% in a 0.75 l bottle combines Italian elegance with modern freshness and is a high-quality Prosecco Rosé DOC from the renowned wine-growing regions of Veneto and Friuli-Venezia Giulia. The long-established Sacchetto winery has been synonymous with first-class sparkling wines for generations, combining traditional winemaking craftsmanship with innovative cellar techniques. The cuvée consists of 85% Glera and 15% Pinot Nero, which gives the rosé its elegant colour, delicate structure and fruity aromas.


The Glera grapes are gently pressed and fermented at a controlled temperature using selected yeasts. The Pinot Nero is vinified in the traditional manner as a red wine, remaining on the skins for five to seven days to extract colour and delicate fruit aromas. Both base wines are then blended and sparklingised together using the Charmat method. This process alone takes at least 60 days, resulting in the fine perlage and harmonious structure. Following maturation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks and subsequent bottle ageing, this 2024 Millesimato is fresh, elegant and well-balanced. When stored under optimal conditions, it has an ageing potential of around 14 to 18 months.
