Amante 1530 Aperitivo Amaro is a modern Italian aperitif that reinterprets Italy’s rich tradition of amaro. Inspired by the historic Il Palagio 1530 estate in Tuscany, this special Amaro combines classic craftsmanship with contemporary flavours. The recipe was developed with the support of the renowned oenologist Riccardo Cotarella and combines selected Italian ingredients such as citrus fruits, ginger and honeysuckle to create a harmonious bittersweet taste experience. With an alcohol content of 15% vol. in a 0.7-litre bottle, Amante 1530 is an elegant aperitif for pure enjoyment and high-quality cocktail creations.


Amante 1530 Aperitivo Amaro is produced and bottled in Rome, where traditional expertise in spirits meets modern culture of indulgence. Unlike many classic amaros, it impresses with its particularly well-balanced flavour – neither too sweet nor too bitter. Its warm, sunset-orange colour is reminiscent of the Italian ‘golden hour’ and emphasises its Mediterranean character. Through a collaboration with Micaela Pallini and one of Rome’s most historic distilleries, a versatile premium Amaro from Italy has been created, bringing the art of Italian spirits production into the present day.
