The grapes come from biodynamically cultivated vineyards at the renowned Tement winery and grow on characteristic clay and marl soils, which lend the wine structure, depth and its typical terroir character.


The vines, aged between 17 and 52 years, yield high-quality grapes with a distinctive character. Following natural spontaneous fermentation, the wine matures slowly on its fine lees in stainless steel tanks and large wooden casks, resulting in elegance, balance and a fine texture. The Tement Pinot Blanc Ton & Mergel Südsteiermark DAC 2025 is considered a versatile food companion and impresses with its harmonious style and great drinkability. With an alcohol content of 12 % vol., this South Styrian Pinot Blanc is a wine full of character with excellent ageing potential. It will reach its ideal drinking maturity between 2026 and 2033.
