Ron Barceló DORADO Añejado Ron Dominicano is a harmonious Dominican rum that impresses with its balanced aroma and versatility. Produced in the Dominican Republic, this rum is aged for up to two years in ex-American bourbon oak casks under the tropical conditions of the Caribbean. With an alcohol content of 37.5% vol. in a 0.7-litre bottle, Ron Barceló Dorado is ideal as a base for classic cocktails and long drinks, but is also excellent on its own thanks to its smooth character.


A distinctive feature of Ron Barceló is the use of fresh sugarcane juice instead of molasses. Natural ageing in ex-bourbon casks gives the rum its balanced structure and imparts subtle woody, vanilla and toasty aromas. Its full body is complemented by a pleasant sweetness and subtle spicy notes. Caramel colouring (E150a) is used to achieve its intense golden amber colour. The result is an approachable and versatile añejado rum that combines Caribbean tradition with a smooth flavour profile.
