Amaro Santoni is a modern Italian amaro and aperitif liqueur, based on an original recipe from 1961 by the Italian distiller Gabriello Santoni. With an alcohol content of 16% vol. in a 0.5-litre bottle, it combines traditional Italian liqueur-making with a fresh and contemporary style. Its recipe uses 34 carefully selected botanicals and exclusively natural ingredients. The characteristic ingredients include rhubarb root, iris flower, olive leaves, ginger, coriander and cloves, which give the liqueur its unmistakable balance of freshness, floral nuances and subtle bitterness.
