The Polz Steirischer Spiegel Steiermark 2025 11.5% is a fresh, light-bodied white wine blend from Styria that offers a multifaceted impression of the South Styrian terroir. In the 0.75-litre bottle, the Polz Winery blends 60 per cent Sauvignon Blanc, 35 per cent Riesling and 5 per cent Müller-Thurgau to create a harmonious Austrian white wine. The vines grow on varied soils comprising shell limestone, loam, sand, calcareous marl and slate, which reflect the region’s unique diversity. The 2025 vintage is vinified entirely in stainless steel tanks, preserving the freshness, fruitiness and distinct character of the three grape varieties. The wine is bottled with a practical screw cap.
