The Gérard Bertrand Naturae Rosé IGP 2025 13% is a French organic rosé wine with no added sulphites, which focuses on the authentic expression of the grapes and the terroir. Gérard Bertrand’s Naturae range takes a deliberately minimalist approach, combining organic viticulture with particularly meticulous winemaking. This requires healthy, high-quality grapes. Upon arrival, the grapes are first cooled to 8 °C and then gently pressed, with the free-run wine being separated. Natural clarification is achieved through cold settling of the musts. The subsequent fermentation at a low temperature of 17–18 °C serves to preserve the grapes’ original character as effectively as possible.


Once fermentation is complete, the wine is racked, whilst carefully retaining fine yeasts that act as natural antioxidants. Further ageing in stainless steel tanks and early bottling enhance the Purist character of the Naturae Rosé 2025. No sulphur or oenological additives are used during vinification. Furthermore, the Naturae range is vegan, thus combining organic viticulture with a production process consistently focused on the essentials. With an alcohol content of 13% in the 0.75-litre bottle, the Gérard Bertrand Naturae Rosé IGP 2025 is a modern organic rosé from France that will particularly appeal to lovers of natural, fresh and authentic wines.
