Godet Cognac XO TERRE is an expressive XO cognac from France, produced by the long-established family-run Godet house in La Rochelle. The company looks back on an exceptionally long history, dating back to 1588, and is now run by the 15th generation of the family. For the XO TERRE, selected eaux-de-vie from the six crus of the Cognac region are blended together: Grande Champagne, Petite Champagne, Borderies, Fins Bois, Bons Bois and Bois Ordinaires. According to current product documentation, the distillates used are aged for between 10 and 30 years in oak casks before being blended to create the final cognac. As a result, its actual ageing period significantly exceeds the statutory minimum requirements for the XO category.

With an alcohol content of 40 per cent, the Godet XO TERRE Cognac embodies the house’s powerful yet elegant style. Its blend of different terroirs is not intended to highlight a single cru, but rather to reflect the diversity of the entire Cognac region.
