The Wood Stork Spiced Black Forest Spirit Drink is a rum-based spirit from the Black Forest that combines international spices with regional ingredients. It is made from sugar cane molasses from South America, which is fermented and distilled in the Black Forest. The spirit then acquires its characteristic spiced flavour through a diverse range of flavourings. These include ginger from Australia, chilli from China, South American coffee beans, Chinese bitter orange, vanilla and cocoa beans from the Ivory Coast. The regional character is provided by authentic Black Forest spruce and fir honey, which combines the spicy and tart components with a full-bodied sweetness.

Wood Stork Spiced is produced by Bimmerle KG in the Black Forest. The combination of South American sugarcane molasses and ingredients from various origins follows the concept of blending the Black Forest with the world of spices from different regions. In particular, coffee, cocoa, vanilla, bitter orange, ginger and chilli create a multi-layered profile, whilst the Black Forest honey adds a distinctive regional touch. The variant offered here is bottled in a 0.7-litre bottle with an alcohol content of 35 per cent and is classified as a rum-based spirit. This variant also contains colouring.
