The grapes come from selected vineyards, whose fruit is prized for its natural sweetness and distinctive aromas. During production, the second fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 13 °C, resulting in a fine and particularly soft effervescence. Before the second fermentation, around 10 per cent Glera must is added, followed by approximately 40 days’ contact with the lees, which lends additional complexity and finesse. With a residual sugar content of around 21 g/l, this Dry Prosecco is pleasantly harmonious and approachable. Its moderate alcohol content of 11 per cent emphasises its lightness and makes it a versatile choice for a wide range of occasions.
