Grappa Julia Superiore, with an alcohol content of 38% vol. and a bottle size of 0.7 l, is a high-quality grappa which, thanks to traditional distillation techniques and careful processing, results in a balanced and harmonious drink. The Italian grapes used for Grappa di Julia are first destemmed to ensure that no bitter compounds affect the flavour. The grapes are then carefully pressed, producing must (grape juice) and pomace (the skins of the pressed grapes). The aromatic pomace forms the basis of the grappa and is further processed at the distillery following double distillation.

Grappa Julia Superiore is double-distilled using traditional methods, with extensive expertise in the art of distillation playing a crucial role. This method not only guarantees the purity and finesse of the distillate, but also ensures that the grappa’s delicate character is already clearly discernible immediately after distillation.
