Ancient farming traditions and nature are always at the heart of what they do. Only the purest Tyrolean mountain spring water, sun-ripened fruits, hand-picked plants and herbs harvested at the ideal time, as well as other secret ingredients, are used. Herbs, roots, seeds and berries of exceptional, fresh quality are supplied by Tyrolean mountain farmers and form the basis of these fine distillates.

This Tyrolean Swiss stone pine spirit is an exceptional spirit that captures the unmistakable flavour of the wild high-Alpine mountain world. To make the Swiss stone pine macerate, three to four Swiss stone pine cones per litre of alcohol are thinly sliced and steeped in alcohol. After a careful maceration process lasting five to six weeks, the valuable active ingredients are fully infused into the alcohol. The macerate is then distilled, producing this crystal-clear Swiss stone pine spirit, which is also known as ‘Zirbinger’ in some regions.

The result is an intense, robust Swiss stone pine aroma that characterises this special spirit.
