Dom Bénédictine is an exquisite herbal liqueur with an alcohol content of 40 per cent by volume, with a long tradition and a secret recipe. This liqueur is made from a unique combination of 27 different herbs and spices, which give it its distinctive, complex flavour. The recipe dates back to the 16th century and was developed by Benedictine monks, who masterfully combined their knowledge of medicinal plants and spirits.

Production involves a labour-intensive process in which the botanicals are first macerated and then distilled in copper stills. Dom Bénédictine is subsequently aged in oak casks, which gives it its smooth, harmonious structure. The result is a liqueur that combines sweet, spicy and herbal notes in perfect balance.
